Referral Clubs.

Yes, it is possible to make money in the various paid to surf programs by doing no more than your own surfing but you will soon find that you are able to make substantially more by referring others! It has taken me several weeks to write this site and it is a site I put a lot of effort into maintaining and I do this in the hope that people like yourself will join the better programs available as one of my referrals. Although this will not affect the money that you earn from such programs, I can earn money from your surfing in addition to my own and thereby I hope that my time spent writing this site can be repaid in this way. And you can make additional money by referring your friends, colleagues, neighbors or visitors to your web sites also. This is one of the beauties of paid2surf programs!

So how do you get referrals? Well, the list can be as long as your arm and limited only by your imagination. What you should not do however is spam! Spam is unsolicited email and this will probably result in your removal from the program if the recipient reports you for it. That is not to say that you can not email somebody because you can. You may email friends etc or add a link below your signature on your emails for when you post to news groups but please be careful not to just send email to people you do not know such as a large number of people posting on news groups etc.

Other ways to recruit new referrals might be to hand out leaflets though to be honest I don't recommend this myself. Its probably unlikely that many people you give the leaflet to will join and you may find that you lose money as a result. If a program costs you anything to join or promote then its probably a bad idea!

One of the most effective ways is to have a web site like this one that you are reading now and to promote it by getting it onto the search engines etc. Search engine positioning is an art but there are tools available to help you in this. Take a look at my webmasters section for information in this respect. But what if you can not write in html? Or if you do not know how to use programs such as Frontpage (which for search engine positioning I would definitely not recommend by the way)? In such circumstances you could effectively be excluded. But this is no longer the case as there are a number of sites which provide what we call 'down line clubs' and which provide you with your own web site identical to the one that you sign up on!.

The way in which these sites work is to provide links to all the main paid to surf programs with referrers id's built into them. If you join that particular referral club then you are given your own web site and you will then be given the opportunity to replace ID's on that site with your own. If you have not joined the listed paid2surf site then the user id of the previous user above you will remain and he/she will gain the referrals for that particular program from anybody joining from your web site. You will not have been a member so you will not have lost anything but the principle will work downwards also as the people who sign up to that down line club under you may well provide you with referrals from programs you are promoting but they are not.

So there you have it, an excellent way to promote those programs that you are a member of and I commend this method to you! I know of only two different down line referral clubs but they are both excellent. The first of course is far better than the second as it is a paid to surf program in itself and also provides you with the useful start page rotator to allow you to maximize your earnings in from start pages but Ghost Surfers is also a great program in its own right. Feel free to join one only, both or neither as you wish.
