Already given the maximum 10/10 in the start page list this is my most recommended site on this entire site. I visited it at a time when I was searching for different start pages that were available to those of us not living in the USA and I was extremely impressed! This site beats all others hands down, if you visit it and look over it you will very soon see how it rates so highly!

It acts as a paid to click site where you are paid to click on selected banners, provides a program which allows you to run more than one start page at a time, thus allowing you to maximize the money you are earning from start pages and more importantly as far as this page is concerned, it provides you with your own web site in which all the same programs listed there are on that site and it only remains for you to provide it with your membership id's to ensure that people signing up do so under your ID. To help in this, each person who goes to the site has a banner across the top of their screen telling them what your referral code is!

What can I say? If you miss this program then you really are missing the very best programs out there to help you gain referrals. The beauty of this site however is the way that it acts as a tool to help you obtain those extra referrals so it should not be thought of as an option for the one and only paid to surf program. if it is the one paid to surf program that you want then you should look instead at Speedia as this was not this sites main aim.

It is well designed, easy to navigate, well laid out and informative as well as having a colour scheme that is easy to read. Light years ahead of its nearest competition!

Ghost Surfers

Not particularly well designed and rather dull to look at. This site provides a large number of sites to join and recommend to others however it fails to split them up into any form of category from what I can see. It is simply a large page of some 450 paid to do something or other programs with little to distinguish each from each other.

The site is unattractive but it does save itself to some extent by the fact that it offers a large resource to its members in respect of promoting their site. On the other hand, each account requires activation by the person in their up line before they can get into their site and change their settings and this to my mind is needless bureaucracy. Its true that they outclass Paid Mania above on the basis of offering advice for promoting the site however this in itself is insufficient to outweigh the clear and decisive advantages that Paid Mania has over Ghost Surfers and in addition, Paid Mania has a number of excellent site promotional programs that you can join for sites such as this one you are reading at present which will help you to drive more traffic to your site and these provide for down line benefits also!

All in all, I would forget about Ghost Surfers and put your resources instead into Paid Mania myself. Its a far better buy and it is a great deal easier to fine tune with your own user id's than is ghost surfers which does not even provide you with your own url with your user id in your personal members page!
